Description:

This is a waterproof version of the DS18B20 temperature sensor. It provides 9 to 12-bit (configurable) temperature readings over a 1-Wire interfaceso that only one wire (and ground) needs to be connected to a central microprocessor. It can measure temperatures from -55? to 125? (-67F to 257F). In additionthis thermos probe doesn't require any external power supply since it draws power from data line. And its stainless steel probe head makes it suitable for any wet or harsh environment.
